Food notes: Chefs head to New Orleans cook-off

Lucky Fins Seafood Grill chef Mark Ballen will head to New Orleans next week to compete in the Great American Seafood Cook-off on Aug. 2.

It's a gathering of 18 chefs, from mostly coastal states, who will vie for the title of Best Seafood Chef in the country.
